 ترجمه  

 (۱) کَلَّا بَلْ تُحِبُّونَ الْعَاجِلَةَ ﴿القیامة: ٢٠﴾   

Nay, (ye men!) but ye love the fleeting life, (75: 20) 

 (۲) وَتُحِبُّونَ الْمَالَ حُبًّا جَمًّا ﴿الفجر: ٢٠﴾   

And ye love wealth with inordinate love! (89: 20) 

 (۳) وَأُخْرَىٰ تُحِبُّونَهَا نَصْرٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِیبٌ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ﴿الصف: ١٣﴾   

And another (favour will He bestow,) which ye do love,- help from Allah and a speedy victory. So give the Glad Tidings to the Believers. (61: 13) 

 (۴) لَن تَنَالُوا الْبِرَّ حَتَّىٰ تُنفِقُوا مِمَّا تُحِبُّونَ وَمَا تُنفِقُوا مِن شَیْءٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِهِ عَلِیمٌ ﴿آل‌عمران: ٩٢﴾   

By no means shall ye attain righteousness unless ye give (freely) of that which ye love; and whatever ye give, of a truth Allah knoweth it well. (3: 92) 

 (۵) ذَٰلِکَ بِأَنَّهُمُ اسْتَحَبُّوا الْحَیَاةَ الدُّنْیَا عَلَى الْآخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَا یَهْدِی الْقَوْمَ الْکَافِرِینَ ﴿النحل: ١٠٧﴾   

This because they love the life of this world better than the Hereafter: and Allah will not guide those who reject Faith. (16: 107) 

 (۶) قُلْ إِن کُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِی یُحْبِبْکُمُ اللَّهُ وَیَغْفِرْ لَکُمْ ذُنُوبَکُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِیمٌ ﴿آل‌عمران: ٣١﴾   

Say: "If ye do love Allah, Follow me: Allah will love you and forgive you your sins: For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." (3: 31) 

 (۷) فَتَوَلَّىٰ عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ یَا قَوْمِ لَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُکُمْ رِسَالَةَ رَبِّی وَنَصَحْتُ لَکُمْ وَلَٰکِن لَّا تُحِبُّونَ النَّاصِحِینَ ﴿الأعراف: ٧٩﴾   

So Salih left them, saying: "O my people! I did indeed convey to you the message for which I was sent by my Lord: I gave you good counsel, but ye love not good counsellors!" (7: 79) 

 (۸) وَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَهَدَیْنَاهُمْ فَاسْتَحَبُّوا الْعَمَىٰ عَلَى الْهُدَىٰ فَأَخَذَتْهُمْ صَاعِقَةُ الْعَذَابِ الْهُونِ بِمَا کَانُوا یَکْسِبُونَ ﴿فصلت: ١٧﴾   

As to the Thamud, We gave them Guidance, but they preferred blindness (of heart) to Guidance: so the stunning Punishment of humiliation seized them, because of what they had earned. (41: 17) 

 (۹) الَّذِینَ یَسْتَحِبُّونَ الْحَیَاةَ الدُّنْیَا عَلَى الْآخِرَةِ وَیَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِیلِ اللَّهِ وَیَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا أُولَٰئِکَ فِی ضَلَالٍ بَعِیدٍ ﴿ابراهیم: ٣﴾   

Those who love the life of this world more than the Hereafter, who hinder (men) from the Path of Allah and seek therein something crooked: they are astray by a long distance. (14: 3) 

 (۱۰) یَا أَیُّهَا الَّذِینَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا آبَاءَکُمْ وَإِخْوَانَکُمْ أَوْلِیَاءَ إِنِ اسْتَحَبُّوا الْکُفْرَ عَلَى الْإِیمَانِ وَمَن یَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنکُمْ فَأُولَٰئِکَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ ﴿التوبة: ٢٣﴾   

O ye who believe! take not for protectors your fathers and your brothers if they love infidelity above Faith: if any of you do so, they do wrong. (9: 23) 

 (۱۱) کُتِبَ عَلَیْکُمُ الْقِتَالُ وَهُوَ کُرْهٌ لَّکُمْ وَعَسَىٰ أَن تَکْرَهُوا شَیْئًا وَهُوَ خَیْرٌ لَّکُمْ وَعَسَىٰ أَن تُحِبُّوا شَیْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَّکُمْ وَاللَّهُ یَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿البقرة: ٢١٦﴾   

Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not. (2: 216) 

 (۱۲) وَلَا یَأْتَلِ أُولُو الْفَضْلِ مِنکُمْ وَالسَّعَةِ أَن یُؤْتُوا أُولِی الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْمَسَاکِینَ وَالْمُهَاجِرِینَ فِی سَبِیلِ اللَّهِ وَلْیَعْفُوا وَلْیَصْفَحُوا أَلَا تُحِبُّونَ أَن یَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَکُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِیمٌ ﴿النور: ٢٢﴾   

Let not those among you who are endued with grace and amplitude of means resolve by oath against helping their kinsmen, those in want, and those who have left their homes in Allah's cause: let them forgive and overlook, do you not wish that Allah should forgive you? For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (24: 22) 

 (۱۳) هَا أَنتُمْ أُولَاءِ تُحِبُّونَهُمْ وَلَا یُحِبُّونَکُمْ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْکِتَابِ کُلِّهِ وَإِذَا لَقُوکُمْ قَالُوا آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْا عَضُّوا عَلَیْکُمُ الْأَنَامِلَ مِنَ الْغَیْظِ قُلْ مُوتُوا بِغَیْظِکُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِیمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ ﴿آل‌عمران: ١١٩﴾   

Ah! ye are those who love them, but they love you not,- though ye believe in the whole of the Book. When they meet you, they say, "We believe": But when they are alone, they bite off the very tips of their fingers at you in their rage. Say: "Perish in your rage; Allah knoweth well all the secrets of the heart." (3: 119) 

 (۱۴) وَلَقَدْ صَدَقَکُمُ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ إِذْ تَحُسُّونَهُم بِإِذْنِهِ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا فَشِلْتُمْ وَتَنَازَعْتُمْ فِی الْأَمْرِ وَعَصَیْتُم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا أَرَاکُم مَّا تُحِبُّونَ مِنکُم مَّن یُرِیدُ الدُّنْیَا وَمِنکُم مَّن یُرِیدُ الْآخِرَةَ ثُمَّ صَرَفَکُمْ عَنْهُمْ لِیَبْتَلِیَکُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَفَا عَنکُمْ وَاللَّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ﴿آل‌عمران: ١٥٢﴾   

Allah did indeed fulfil His promise to you when ye with His permission Were about to annihilate your enemy,-until ye flinched and fell to disputing about the order, and disobeyed it after He brought you in sight (of the booty) which ye covet. Among you are some that hanker after this world and some that desire the Hereafter. Then did He divert you from your foes in order to test you but He forgave you: For Allah is full of grace to those who believe. (3: 152)
